Minister and Elders

Contrary to what you might think from the name Elders are not some kind of "senior member", just the opposite in fact, the Elders are there to serve. They help to co-ordinate activities, but most importantly they provide pastoral care. Every member of the church has an appointed Elder to support them and when we say "every member" we mean it, even Elders have Elders!
